Welcome to Navigator Truck Insurance (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Navigator Truck Insurance mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Navigator Truck Insurance, based in Michigan, United States.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. What the Service Does
Navigator Truck Insurance helps you request insurance quotes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your Account & Phone Verification
These terms govern text messages sent by Navigator Truck Insurance (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the mobile number you provide when signing in to the Navigator Truck Insurance mobile application.
Program description. Navigator Truck Insurance sends one-time verification codes by SMS to confirm that you control the mobile number you provide. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Consent. By entering your mobile number and selecting “Send verification code,” you consent to receive an automated one-time passcode by SMS at the number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. You receive one message each time you request a verification code. Frequency varies with your use of the application.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Navigator Truck Insurance does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation. Because verification codes are how you sign in, opting out will prevent you from signing in by SMS; contact clientservice@navigatortruckinsurance.com to restore access.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at clientservice@navigatortruckinsurance.com or [SUPPORT PHONE].
Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Service or other users’ data
- Resell or redistribute quote requests obtained through the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, and code, is owned by Navigator Truck Insurance and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, PRICING, OR CONDUCT OF ANY INSURANCE PARTNER.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Navigator Truck Insurance IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH AN INSURANCE PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
